Tattoos ♦ Extensive body tattoo from under ears and jaw, over neck, and down to the backs of his hands and feet. It features scales, smoke and clouds, sunflowers and other flowers, branches, geometric shapes and snakes. The majority of them are black with a blue to green tint in places, and white, with added bright colours in specific places throughout. His right hand has a sunflower and his left has a collection of three mandarin orange flowers.He has other scarification under various tattoos to give the tactile illusion of scales or even the grain lines of wood, matching the tattoos covering said scars.Scars ♦ Multiple facial scars. Hard to say where the rest are under all his ink.Physique ♦ Tall and long limbed with a bulkier, athletic build, he has especially large hands and long fingers.Style ♦ Loose clothing with darker hues, though he's got a few well pressed suits on hand. Most of the time he's dressed down with unstyled, textured-curly, black hair. His finger and toe nails are always painted, usually black, though sometimes with just a simple black of green line from bottom to tip of nail.Scent ♦ Ink, tobacco, smoke, woody scents like palo santo and sandalwood.Other ♦ Heavy bags under eyes, usually smoking. It's difficult to see half of his face or his eyes at all as he keeps his hair long in the front. About from his mid nose and down is usually all one can see of his face unless his thick, black hair is moved out of the way.

Big Brother ♦ As a higher ranking member of his family, he was sent to the west to create a relationship with a contact there. There's an interest in establishing some hold in the city of Ul'dah by his family, and so he is meant to create ties, gain respect and interest, and over all get a good idea of how the city works and the people within it. Due to this, he's pretty open to spend time with just about anyone as a means to better get to know them and perhaps establish more ties within the city.Irezumi Artist ♦ Highly skilled as a tattoo artist from traditional means like tebori, to more modern forms, Hinata is known for his body modification work, both with traditional inks, modern ink, and magical ink capable of assisting in better focusing one's aether. Due to this, he will create extensive contracts with both long term and short term clients, specializing in extensive tattooing that covers large areas of the body. He is also familiar with other forms of body modification, including piercings, teeth modification, scarification, and tongue and ear mutilation.So if any of that appeals to you, either for new modifications of upkeep of current ones, he's open for business, though he will put priority on members of his family, and those interested in it.His studio is called Hanya Tattoo Parlor, and is located in the Goblet. Maybe your character has also heard about it and is seeking him out as the artist there.Pit Viper ♦ Ever since he was a kid he was known as the Viper. Green, Black, Vigilant, the adjectives tacked to it became extensive over the years, but all in all, he's known to be difficult to shake and cold blooded. It lead to him getting a lot of work, certain types of work. Dirty work- enough that he gained a reputation for it as well. He got things done, often enough the shit no one wanted to do, and he could take a real beating doing it. He was known in the East for it, and steadily he'll be known in the West for it.Known to favour small, bladed weapons, even rumoured to have killed someone with his tebori carving tools- he isn't one to back down from a fight, as long as it's not a frivolous one, though a lot of the time people merely challenge him to gain a little respect. Which he gets, fine- but the unspoken rule is to leave his hands alone. Take all the face and body shots you want, see if you can knock him out-- but never touch the hands.Big Sister ♦ He and his younger brother have a lot of history. Down the line, thanks to nicknames and his own more neutral in gender name, the two started to be called 'the sisters'. He's fine with it, and in all honesty, it works for him. The more things tying him to that red headed brat, the better, it meant people would mess with him less. Not that it stopped Mikio from starting it. He'd just have to end it then. Over and over. Which he will.Siblings ♦ Hinata came to the west with a purpose and he didn't come alone. With him is Mikio Sonoda and Katsumi Hirano. These two people are extremely important to him and the three of them often come up in conversation with eachother. Some people might even know Hinata as this 'Aniki' Mikio brings up plenty. His connections with both Katsumi and Mikio lead to him meeting plenty of other people. Maybe your character knows one of them, knows him as a "brother" to them.Ink et all ♦ He buys a lot from the various markets. Usually this shopping is within the city of Ul'dah. If you are an Alchemist, he'd need your services as well, as much of his inks he gets specially and would go to the Alchemist's Guild for it. It's possible business with him. He also seeks out import merchants, as he buys a lot of eastern goods, especially food and ingredients, as well as furnishings.Chef ♦ He's--- really not one. He's not passionate about cooking at all. But he likes feeding people, specifically Mikio and Katsumi. He's been doing it for Years, and despite his lacking interest in it personally, he's good at it. Really good at it. Due to this, he'll openly talk about cooking, tips, and pointers, and at least 'seems' interested in various cuisines. He also spends a lot of time seeking out the ingredients to successfully recreate condiments and meals from back East.
Chef- NEW/EDIT He now works part time at a high end Shroud inspired jazz club called the Gilded Clover. The club is know to pander heavily to high paying guests and is difficult to get into without a reservation. That said, if you do get in, he could be seen there from time to time and he's sort of a difficult guy to forget.Night Owl ♦ He doesn't get a lot of sleep and he's a heavy smoker. Often enough he can be found wandering around in the more old hours of the night. It shows on his face too, makes him look a little more gaunt, a little more dark eyed. If you're around late and looking for a light, he'll share his.

Here is some OOC information about my play style and interests, as well as some good times to catch me.
I'm interested in All RP, with a preference towards more Mature and Dark plot lines and elements, but I'm pretty game for near all.18+ is also fine by me but it is not the focus of my roleplaying and is treated as a sort of 'it comes up when it comes up' thing.I greatly prefer Lore Adhering roleplay over all. That isn't to say I won't write with more lore bending characters but I try to keep IC things as canon as possible.Walk Ups and Tells are fine by me. I don't mind plotting out an encounter beforehand or doing something unplanned and casual. Roleplay in say, party, and tells are all fine by me. But if you ever are unsure about something, just ask, I'm chill with pounding out specifics and scenes if it works better for the characters involved.If I have my** RP TAG** up then I'm IC and free to rp. I won't reply ICly if not.I greatly prefer Paragraph style roleplaying and tend to have a difficult time staying interested in one line replies. I'll do my best to mirror you, but if I get wordy, it's just me, don't feel like you have to match.As for when I am Available to RP, it's EST here and I work early mornings, so afternoons around 4-10pm (EST) is best. **Tattoos: MORE DETAIL ** ♦ More will be added to this section as I further plan out and decide on the various parts of his body suit tattoo. So far though:His back has an elaborate demon serpent tattoo with primarily black scales and a stretched open, green and blue mouth. It spirals into the background and foreground, framing a central rising sun near his mid back. Very stylized rays and curling clouds surround it with the sun depicted as a blank circle of exposed, olive skin with the serpent passing over in the background inked in only white.On his front/chest/stomach, a great spirit tree known as a Jubokko. This kami can be known about through some folklore in the Far East, and is a spirit tree that often grows up from battlefields or places where there has been a lot of bloodshed.With a curving and gnarled trunk and branches and vibrant red leaves, it is shown growing from a pile of skulls that are gradually overtaken by white camellia flowers that descend lower into his pant line. The tree's trunk has grown up around skulls and bones alike, and appears be be bleeding as if from wounds.It tangles here and there with the serpent from his back, which loops around towards the front and extends down his right arm. Both the serpent and tree intertwine there down along that arm. Gold and teal chrysanthemums are also depicted there, along with small, white camellias.Above the tree on his neck, his throat is heavily marked along the throat with black bands. On the right side, stylized clouds curl up from the top of the Jubokko, and extend over his shoulder onto his back.On the left side of his neck are sunflowers brightly inked with yellow and some gradient of red closer towards the tree on his chest. These extend down along his left arm. They mingle with spiraling depictions of smoke, clouds, orange kinmokusei flowers, and single hydrangea blooms.On both hands, his sleeves fade to black, covering the backs of both up to his knuckles with the fingers and palms bare.On his right hand is a tattoo starting just after the knuckle of a stylized, vibrant blue oni face. It's open mouth features tusks and a long tongue with smoke that spirals down and covered the rest of the finger.On his legs, the motif is mostly oceanic and water symbolism, intertwined with coils of the large serpent that can be seen on the rest of him. The sleeves on his legs end in bright red peonies around his ankles and ending just above his feet.Between his legs, hidden inside his right inner thigh is a shunga/erotic tattoo, depicting a young, naked man in ukiyo-e style being molested by a large snake. He has another shunga piece under his left arm of a woman bound with red rope with strike marks against her back and sides. The rope is depicted as tight enough to make her face a slight blue in colour.
